Menus

To place an order, contact The Conference Center between 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at 989-964-4348 or email events@svsu.edu. Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed three (3) business days prior to your event.

    When it's time to create a truly exceptional event, the Premier Menu is designed to inspire your imagination. These suggestions are designed to begin the conversation, and we look forward further exploring your event design needs.

  • Everyday Menu

    The Everyday Menu encompasses a full range of exceptional full-service options that emphasize variety and excellence and value. These selections guarantee a true "catered" experience where our staff actively ensures true service excellence.

  • Drop Off Menu

    The Drop Off Menu provides a focused set of high-quality catering selections that are perfect for your more casual/drop off needs. Although these items arrive with the same dedicated service and culinary excellence you have come to expect, they provide enhanced value in that you can simply enjoy your event and dispose of all products once your guests have finished - no clean up needed!

Meet the Chef

Chef Brian got his start in a kitchen in 1997 for Farewell & Friends. Brian’s uncle was the Executive Chef and trained him over the years. After Brian’s service in the Navy, he decided to take a leap and go to culinary school! When the time was right, he moved home, working as an Executive Chef for Lockwood of Fenton. After learning how to cater to an entirely new audience in many different hospitality settings, Brian joined the team here at SVSU in 2023 to expand his skills and bring new ideas to our kitchens right here on campus!
